The DPM 2340 is a 3600 DPI internal drum Computer-To-Plate device. CTP technology guarantees top quality by making a clean, first generation dot directly on the plate. All the quality reducing intermediate steps of classical platemaking are eliminated. The platesetter is driven by a Level III Harlequin RIP. The plates are fed into the drum, secured by vacuum, exposed, then fed into an integrated processing and drying unit. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes and delivers the highest quality plate available on the market today.
